Harlequin Ichthyosis:Harlequin Disease – Harlequin ichthyosis also called Harlequin-type ichthyosis or ichthyosis congenita, Ichthyosis fetalis or keratosis diffusa fetalis is an incurable skin disease that mostly affects new born babies.
Harlequin ichthyosis is manifested by thickening of the keratin layer in fetal human skin,diamond-shaped scales, and tends to have a reddish color.The skin eventually cracked where normal skin would fold, therefore leaving easy access to bacteria and other contaminants, resulting in serious risk of fatal infection.

Turrets Syndrome:Tourettes Syndrome – Tourette syndrome also called TS is an inherited disorder discovered by French neurologist Georges Albert Édouard Brutus Gilles de la Tourette and is manifested by unwanted and uncontrollable movements ,noises and tics.
The cause of the illness is still unknown, but some studies have shown that the tics in Tourette syndrome are caused by an increased amount of a neurotransmitter called dopamine.
There is no cure for the Tourette syndrome.

Melioidosis:Ameliodosis – Melioidosis disease which is sometimes called Whitmore’s disease, is an infectious illness created by the bacterium Burkholderia pseudomallei and is mostly found in Southeast Asia(Cambodia, Laos, Thailand, Malaysia, Myanmar).
Bacterium Burkholderia pseudomallei is found in contaminated water ,soil and infect humans and animals after a direct contact with the contaminated source which leads to pulmonary infection, acute bloodstream infection and pneumonia.
Melioidosis can be treated with withimipenem, penicillin, doxycycline, amoxicillin-clavulanic acid, azlocillin, ceftazidime, ticarcillin-vulanic acid, ceftriaxone, and aztreonam.
